Tim is a senior HR practitioner and leader with experience of the private and not-for-profit and sectors where he has developed a reputation for excellence, professionalism and achieving high-quality results in challenging situations.
He is particularly passionate about employee engagement and development and has particular expertise in the area of Human Resource Development. Tim was responsible for commissioning the Pearson Technology Leadership Assessment Programme for SVPs and VPs in 2015.
Tim holds post-graduate qualifications including a Master of Science degree in Management & Technology degree and, as a qualified HR professional, he is a corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
