Chris is the founder of REALISING YOUR POTENTIAL and has over 25 years of experience in developing talent an leadership in a range of sectors including his last role a Vice President of Leadership Development in a FTSE 100 education company.

He has designed and delivered diagnostic tools and development initiatives globally and provided assessments and feedback throughout the talent pipeline from high potential, Generation Y graduates to executive leaders of multi-million dollar businesses. 

He is a qualified and experienced executive coach, a trusted advisor, has an MBA and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric and assessment tools.

Mike has over 20 years experience within the public and private sectors including Human Resources Manager at British American Tobacco, Organisational Development Manager at Hampshire County Council and Talent & Development Manager at the Portman Building Society.

Mike is experienced working at top team level, and is particularly skilled in helping organisations with strategic change, improving organisational effectiveness and culture change programmes. Mike has an open and informal style which enables him to engage with people at all levels whether this be facilitating a session with the senior management team, 1:1 coaching or leading a learning programme for a group of junior staff.

Mike has a Masters Degree with distinction in Organisational Development, is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he is Saville and Holdsworth trained (levels A&B), accredited in the use of a wide range of psychometric instruments.


TIM WILLIAMS

TIM WILLIAMS

Tim is a senior HR practitioner and leader with experience of the private and not-for-profit and sectors where he has developed a reputation for excellence, professionalism and achieving high-quality results in challenging situations. 

He is particularly passionate about employee engagement and development and has particular expertise in the area of Human Resource Development.  Tim was responsible for commissioning the Pearson Technology Leadership Assessment Programme for SVPs and VPs in 2015.

Tim holds post-graduate qualifications including a Master of Science degree in Management & Technology degree and, as a qualified HR professional, he is a corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.


PAUL HODGKINSON

PAUL HODGKINSON

Over 15 years, Paul has experience of working with leaders at all levels from graduates to executives, including his last role as a Learning Partner in a FTSE 100 education company.

Paul developed the framework to the Pearson Technology Leadership assessment programme alongside Korn Ferry in 2015.

Paul's work has spanned industries across professional services, media and retail.  He has experienced all areas of the learning cycle, in particular, working with leaders to understand, interpret and action feedback from development initiatives globally.

He is a qualified and experienced executive coach and accredited in a wide range of psychometric and assessment tools including Hays LSI & OCS, Facet5 and Golden.
